• Group call (8 Nurse Coaches) that meet twice a month, for 6 months = 12 calls total
• Two 60 minute one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Messaging access to Shelby and Laura
• All workshops hosted by TSNC included
• Group Workshop/Monotasking hours for accountability
• Peer Coaching Hours 

Group Intention

• Continue to secure your first 10 paid clients-laying the foundation for your practice + vision to grow 
• Nurse Coaches need 10 hours to dedicate to their practice every week 
• This space will be a zone for accountability, personal growth, and being surrounded by like-minded, goal-oriented nurse coaches!
