In this workshop Laura Minard will create an experience that shows the importance of our "being" versus what we do in our lives and in our practice. This workshop is great if you have had the following thoughts:)

1. I know there are a lot of strategies that work for other people but they just don't work for me.

2. I feel like I am icky and salesy if I promote myself and my practice.

3. Lately my sessions have been feeling surface level or flat and I don't know what to do.
